It is unfortunate that we are making this post. Our office was vandalized we believe on March 5, 2026 sometime in the afternoon. This is unacceptable. This involves destruction of property and obscenities were used. No regard for personal property or that little eyes may have seen it.

We have zero tolerance for this behavior. Patients will be discharged and charges will made. We work very hard to provide a safe and clean environment for our patients.

Just a heads up guys - we have discovered that if you have one of our "rollover" lines in your phone (ie 919-775-1142, 919-775-1124 or 919-775-1194) you need to update our number. Our primary number has always been 919-775-1115. Yes you may have received calls in the past from the other numbers on our old phone system. At this time, those numbers are no longer in service. If you do not dial the main number you will not be able to reach us.

New Phones Update - Please ONLY use 919-775-1115 to call the office. The other lines have been turned off and you cannot use them. Also PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE listen to the prompts when you call. We will ask you to call back and use the correct prompts until we all learn the system. It does no good to have things in place for smoother operations if they are not being utilized.

Again we truly appreciate your help and effort in this. We love our patients and we are just trying to provide the best service possible.

We finally have our new phone system installed. PLEASE listen to all the options on the phones. We do have some automation in place that we did not have before. In order for the phones to work efficiently we ask that you follow the prompts.

A quick run down of your options -

option 1 is refills
option 2 is scheduling
option 3 is Dr Garrett's nurse
option 4 is Phillip's nurse
option 5 is Kelley's nurse
option 6 is referrals
Option 7 is billing
Option 8 is if you know your party's extension.

We truly appreciate your help as we try to learn this system.

We hope everyone is enjoying their summer. Just a friendly reminder that if you have a child entering kindergarten, middle school or will be a senior this year, they require vaccinations to start the school year. Contact our office 919-775-1115 to make sure your child is up-to-date. Also, if you have children that play any school sports - now is the time to get their sports physical.

We are hoping everyone will continue to enjoy the summer and look forward to a great school year for all of our patients (and parents)!!!

We are experiencing issues with our internet, which also affects our phones. Spectrum has an outage and we are unsure when this issue will be resolved. We do not answer messages on Facebook so pls do not send requests. Also do not text providers. They are seeing patients and will not be checking their phones or emails. We will post again when the issue has been resolved. Thank you.
