The Men’s Club headed out for a beach day at New Smyrna Beach today! 🌊 They soaked up the sunshine, enjoyed tasty sandwiches, breathed in the fresh ocean air, and shared plenty of laughs together. Afterward, they topped off the day with a sweet treat and went for ice cream! 🍦 Nothing better than good food, great views, and even better company!

Today we celebrated Passover with Judy Appleton and the Jewish Pavilion ~ sharing the traditions of the Seder plate—matzah, parsley (karpas), bitter herbs (maror/horseradish), hard boiled egg, lamb shank bone, and charoset made of apples, nuts, wine, and spices. There is something truly special about helping our residents revive a memory or rediscover a talent they may not have shared in years. Moments like these remind us that the gifts and passions within them never fade—they simply need the right opportunity to shine again.

Watching those memories come alive brings so much joy to everyone around them. It’s a beautiful reminder that every person carries a lifetime of stories, talents, and meaningful moments.
