A big congratulations to our very own Evan Roberson on his 10-year Anniversary with Team Solutions Dental!
Evan is a Supervisor here at Team Solutions Dental.
Here’s what Evan had to say when we asked him about his experience here at Team Solutions Dental:
Tell us about the beginning of your career with Team Solutions Dental.
"When I first started here at Team Solutions, there were fewer than ten employees. It was a very tight Knit group that became more like a family rather than co-workers. The days were long, but the hours flew by. We were all crammed in a room about the size of the fixed prep department, and if you needed to ask someone a question, you would just turn around. I remember the loud, droning sounds of multiple shop vacs running in unison because we didn't have a remote suction unit at the time. "
What are your Top 3 Reasons you love working at Team Solutions Dental?
"There are many reasons why I love working at Team Solutions, so it's a difficult task to distill it down to three, but here we go. The top reason I love working here is the relationships that are built within these walls. Like I previously mentioned, it is more like a family than a place of employment. Sometimes it feels like you have been in to battle with your team, and that's a bond that is not broken easily. The second reason I love this place is the excitement. There is never a dull day here. But let's be real, we all strive in a little bit of chaos lol. The final reason would be my bosses. They have always looked out for me and many others and have helped out in so many ways, whether that be business-related or personal matters. They always have an ear out if that's what you need."
What do you enjoy most about the culture here at Team Solutions Dental?
"The culture here is unlike any other place that I have ever had the chance to experience. I LOVE THE TEAM, I LOVE MY JOB, AND I LOVE TEAM SOLUTIONS."
In Conclusion, Evan adds, "We struggled together, we sacrificed together, we persevered together, and we grew together."
