May we not speak or spread nonsense. May we remember we are sacred. May we we all smile at one another in public. May we take care of those in need, but stand in a high vibration while doing it.

May we light the path of truth, freedom, and compassion for all no matter what others may believe.

May we one day live in a world where truth, love, and love prevail.

Our 300 hour advanced yoga, teacher training last six months.
