Performance Rehabilitation NC Our clinic opened it's doors on March 12th, 2008 to serve the local community and industry. We're patient-oriented and provide one-on-one physical therapy.

Our physical therapists can help provide relief for a wide variety of ailments including neck pain, headaches, low back pain, shoulder tendinitis, knee pain, sprains, tennis elbow and other limitations following surgery or injury. Performance Rehabilitation is a privately owned physical therapy clinic located in Sanford, NC, which offers physical therapy and industrial rehabilitation services. We provide specialized care for all regions of the body including: sports related injuries, orthopedics, neurological impairments, chronic pain syndromes, balance and gait training, muscle strains and sprains, work injuries, and motor vehicle accidents. Performance Rehabilitation is built on a treatment philosophy that emphasizes the importance of providing the highest quality care in order to obtain the ultimate goal of restoring our patients to functional independence and self-care physical management. Private/Group Health Insurance
Performance Rehabilitation accepts all major insurance plans including Medicare. We are preferred providers for most group health insurance plans. It is our policy to confirm the eligibility and benefits of all of our patients and inform them of their coverage. We also contact the insurance company and obtain authorization for therapy when required. Please bring your insurance card with you during your first visit so we can properly verify your benefits and file with your insurance company. Worker's Compensation
Performance Rehabilitation has a strong background in working with workers injured on the job. Injured workers are covered through their employer's worker's compensation insurance plans. Performance Rehabilitation will provide objective functional data to the physician, employer and insurance company to aid in an efficient and safe return to work. Personal Injury/Liability and Auto Accidents
Performance Rehabilitation gladly accepts patients involved in personal injury or automobile accidents. A financial agreement will have to be signed during the patients first visit. We accept payments by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa debit/credit, Discover, and American Express.
