Meet Victoria Miller RN, BSN
Chief Executive Officer and Chief Nursing Officer

Victoria brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to patient care to her role as CEO and CNO of Celly Mobile Dialysis. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UMass Dartmouth and has extensive experience in Critical Care and Dialysis, both of which shaped her approach to leadership and quality.

When asked what drew her to Celly Mobile Dialysis, Victoria shared, “This is a legacy, woman owned and operated company with so much potential to grow professionally and clinically. At the core, it has a team of people who make my job easier because they are compassionate and dedicated to the craft of dialysis.”

Even though she no longer works at the bedside, Victoria still carries a strong connection to patient care. She often reflects on the simple but meaningful moments that come with caring for patients and the satisfaction of helping someone feel a little better by the end of a treatment.

Her advice to patients is grounded in empowerment and encourages them to become educated about their health and to advocate for what they feel is best for them.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys time near the water, long walks by the ocean, and trips to the mountains in North Carolina. She loves creating memories with her family in these places that feel peaceful and grounding.

Victoria lives in Sanford, Florida with her husband. Together, they have a blended family of five children. She enjoys Friday night lights and watching all of the kids grow into incredible young adults.

We are grateful for Victoria’s leadership, vision, and commitment to carrying forward the heart and legacy of Celly Mobile Dialysis.

Keeping it light while we work hard.

Meet Erika RN — one of our dedicated nurses who recently took a moment to tidy up supplies after a busy shift at one of our partner facilities. That simple act might seem small, but it speaks volumes about our culture.

At Celly Mobile Dialysis, we’ve built our foundation on compassion, reliability and excellence — recruiting nurses who bring not just clinical skill, but heart.

Erika’s choice to roll up her sleeves and help behind the scenes reminds us that when you like where you work — teamwork happens naturally and caring moments become part of everyday.

Here’s to the moments that show how much we value our work and each other.

Meet Julie Walker!

Julie Walker serves as Vice President of Quality and Safety at Celly Mobile Dialysis, bringing nearly three decades of dialysis experience to our team. She began her career in chronic dialysis as a Clinical Preceptor and Educator and has spent the last eight and a half years in acute care, focusing on quality management.

Julie is deeply passionate about patient education, helping to ease fear and anxiety around dialysis, and supporting nurses in expert cannulation to promote long-term access health. Julie loves the ability to make something that could be a negative or scary experience for patients into a positive one through compassionate care and quality excellence.

She also offers this advice to every patient:
“You are your own best advocate. Communicate how your care team can best serve you and your family.”

When asked what drew her to Celly Mobile Dialysis, Julie shared, “It’s a nurse- and woman-founded company that truly values family and work-life balance. It’s smaller than other organizations I’ve worked for, and that allows us to really care about our people.”

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their busy blended family of five children. They live in Ocoee, Florida, and stay active with their church community, live concerts, and musicals. Their rescue pup, Roxie Hart, rounds out the family perfectly.

We’re so thankful for Julie’s leadership, compassion, and commitment to quality — she exemplifies the heart of Celly Mobile Dialysis.

Training. It’s how we consistently deliver excellence.

At Celly Mobile Dialysis, we believe that great care begins with exceptional training. Since 1984, our focus has been on recruiting and developing top-qualified dialysis professionals who are equipped not just with skills—but with compassion, reliability, and clinical excellence.

Here’s a snapshot of that commitment in action: Erika Cunningham guiding Laura Miller through hands-on training at Parrish Regional Medical Center. The process is thoughtful, detailed, and aligned with our promise to provide safe, high-quality dialysis at every step.

We’re proud of our team’s dedication to continuous learning—and of the trust our facility partners place in us to deliver on our mission.

Thank you to Erika, Laura, and everyone on our training team for leading by example and helping us uphold the standard of care our patients deserve.

Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (Plasmapheresis)

At Celly Mobile Dialysis, we provide Therapeutic Plasma Exchange, an advanced apheresis treatment used to remove and replace a patient’s plasma.

This procedure helps clear harmful substances such as antibodies, immune complexes, or abnormal proteins from the bloodstream and is used to treat a range of immune and neurologic conditions.

Every treatment is delivered by highly trained clinicians with the same focus that defines all of our services—safety, precision, and compassionate care for every patient, every time.
