Meet Julie Walker!
Julie Walker serves as Vice President of Quality and Safety at Celly Mobile Dialysis, bringing nearly three decades of dialysis experience to our team. She began her career in chronic dialysis as a Clinical Preceptor and Educator and has spent the last eight and a half years in acute care, focusing on quality management.
Julie is deeply passionate about patient education, helping to ease fear and anxiety around dialysis, and supporting nurses in expert cannulation to promote long-term access health. Julie loves the ability to make something that could be a negative or scary experience for patients into a positive one through compassionate care and quality excellence.
She also offers this advice to every patient:
“You are your own best advocate. Communicate how your care team can best serve you and your family.”
When asked what drew her to Celly Mobile Dialysis, Julie shared, “It’s a nurse- and woman-founded company that truly values family and work-life balance. It’s smaller than other organizations I’ve worked for, and that allows us to really care about our people.”
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their busy blended family of five children. They live in Ocoee, Florida, and stay active with their church community, live concerts, and musicals. Their rescue pup, Roxie Hart, rounds out the family perfectly.
We’re so thankful for Julie’s leadership, compassion, and commitment to quality — she exemplifies the heart of Celly Mobile Dialysis.
