Some days call for quick and easy — and this recipe never fails me! 🙌 Even simpler if you toss it all in the slow cooker.

Is it fancy? Nope. Is it delicious and stress-free? Absolutely.

✨ What you need:
• 1 bag frozen mixed onions & peppers
• 2 bags vegan meatballs
• 1 can pineapple tidbits (drained)
• 1 cup (or more!) of your favorite BBQ sauce

Mix it, heat it, and enjoy! 🍍🥢 Perfect for busy nights or when you just don’t feel like overthinking dinner.

Cinnamon loaf - at the request of the kids - making its way into my kitchen at the touch of a button.

Did I buy a second bread machine? Absolutely. I saw this Zojirushi BBCC-S15 locally for fifty and had to have it. Tiny dent on the back and otherwise looks to be in great condition. Let’s see how its first loaf goes!
