We have people ask us from time to time about making creamed honey and what they can do with crystalized honey. So here is a video you might like on how to make creamed honey using crystallized honey.
And fyi….don’t ever throw out crystallized honey. It’s perfectly safe to still eat. Use it in hot beverages. Cook with it as a sugar substitute (1-1). Great for treating skin irritations and infections. Did you know that hospitals during the civil war packed soldiers wounds with a honey, garlic and onion politic to combat infection. It is used in veterinary clinics that practice holistic medicine worldwide.
