If your body always moves the same way, it only gets better at that one pattern. Adding variety challenges your strength, balance, coordination, and mobility in a more complete way.

Real life is not predictable. Different speeds, directions, and positions help prepare your body for everyday movement.

Is it soreness or shoulder impingement? 🤔

Soreness feels broad and often shows up a day after training.
Impingement is sharper and usually hurts during movement, especially overhead.

A pinching feeling between shoulder height and overhead can be a sign.

Limited motion changes how your knee handles load. When you can’t fully bend or straighten, stress shifts where it shouldn’t.

You can be strong, but if the movement isn’t there, the joint still gets irritated.

The knee works with the hip and ankle. If one is stiff, the knee compensates.

Better range often means smoother, more comfortable movement.
