Even physios get sore backs sometimes 😅
Here’s what I do when mine starts to complain after a long day:

1️⃣ Move a little — walking or mobility drills help reset the spine
2️⃣ Stretch and breathe — loosen those tight hips and hamstrings
3️⃣ Strengthen — a few minutes of core and glute work goes a long way

When your back feels tired, it’s not asking for rest… it’s asking for movement.
