Program Mission and Philosophy Statements: Pacific Educational Services was formed in 1982 and developed our subsidiary, PES-ebs.Inc, in 2012 in response to community
need to develop evidence based treatment services.. Our mission is to provide innovative and quality services to individuals so they may gain awareness, increase accountability and learn new ways of living in order to practice and re
place negative thinking patterns with positive healthy ones. We currently provide an array of educational services in locations throughout California: Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Solano, Sutter, Yolo, Yuba, Nevada, Merced, Orange, Stanislaus, and Calaveras Counties. Our education programs include solution-focused parenting, misdemeanor diversion, misdemeanor in-lieu, felony in-lieu, domestic violence education, child endangerment groups, anger management, and DUI education programs. Goals: We are committed to providing the judicial system programs that improve public safety and are cost effective. We support our programs with superior monitoring and reporting so that tracking, reporting, and management systems provide accurate and timely information. We have served the State for 30 years and have developed the following agency values so that we may proactively address the needs of our communities and strengthen families in California. PES operates accurate and reliable services from over 29 years of experience offering our services to judicial agencies and referred individuals. Additionally, PES is widely respected for our administrative excellence, commitment to quality, and for our dependability as a valuable resource to communities. Innovation and Proactive Development: PES-ebs.Inc. develops program services as we identify emerging community need. PES was a leader in domestic violence programs in the 1980's, years before domestic violence programs were legislated. We offer over 350 classes each month serving over 4,000 participants and remain resolute to ensuring that we are successfully meeting community need.
