Vajrayogini Kadampa Buddhist Center is a part of the New Kadampa Tradition, International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT–IKBU). The New Kadampa Tradition is a Mahayana Buddhist tradition founded by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. We are a worldwide association of Buddhist centers that help people from all walks of life find lasting happiness through understanding and practicing the teachings of Buddha. Kadampa Buddhists are encouraged to take all Buddha’s teachings as personal advice and to put these teachings into practice in their daily lives. With over 1,200 Kadampa Buddhist Centers and branches around the world, there are thousands of people now practicing Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

Discover the beauty of meditating on the basics of Buddhism and lift your mind out of the ordinary. This retreat, guided by Resident Teacher Kadam Amy Peng, will provide the opportunity to establish a solid foundation in basic Buddhist views and intentions. Learning to put the main core of Buddha’s teachings in our daily life, we will experience a peaceful and happy life.

Everyone is welcome to attend either a portion or the entirety of the retreat.
