We are deeply grateful to the Samueli Foundation’s inaugural Breakaway Fund for awarding Town & Country a grant of $90,955 to purchase a new ADA-accessible van for our project, Mobilizing Compassion—Accessible Rides to Hope, Healing & Connection.

With more than 1,000 applications submitted by Orange County nonprofits, Town & Country is honored to be among the 138 organizations selected. This gift will make it possible for us to provide safe, accessible transportation that connects residents and neighbors to essential appointments, programs, and community life.

We are thrilled to announce that our 2025 Gala was a huge success! Despite setting an ambitious fundraising goal, we exceeded it by another 10%! We could not have done it without the generous support of our Platinum Sponsor Unidine and our Gold Sponsor AllCare.ai, along with many other community partners, residents, families and Town & Country staff.
