When you’re doing “all the right things”… but still feel stuck.

You’ve read the books. Tried therapy. Maybe you’re exploring medication, meditation, or other holistic practices. And yet—something still feels disconnected.

It’s not because you’re doing it wrong.
It may be because everything you’re doing isn’t connected.

One part of you is working on anxiety.
Another is navigating medication.
Another is trying to regulate your nervous system.

But when those pieces aren’t in communication, it can leave you holding it all together.
This is where integrated, collaborative care matters.

At S.A.G.E., we provide Concierge-Level Care without the Concierge Price Tag because we believe in quality care and that this is how progress is made and sustained.

Healing isn’t just about doing more—it’s about bringing everything into alignment so your whole system feels supported.

💛 You don’t have to carry this alone.

We’re so excited to officially announce and welcome Caroline Bailey as our Director of Holistic Wellness at S.A.G.E. ✨

Caroline brings a deeply integrative approach to healing, blending Eastern and Western modalities to support the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and emotion. Her work weaves together psychotherapy, somatic practices, breathwork, sound healing, and mindfulness to create grounded, personalized pathways for healing.

What sets her apart is her presence—steady, compassionate, and deeply attuned. She creates spaces where people can safely reconnect, explore, and come home to themselves, with the understanding that healing is about balance, not fixing.

In her role, she will be expanding our holistic offerings and helping shape experiences that honor whole-person care.

💚 We’re so grateful to have her leading this vision at S.A.G.E.

If you’d like to experience her work, join her for Recalibrate on Friday, May 1st—an intimate offering that fills quickly due to small group size.

✨ You’re not meant to carry everything on your own.

So many of us move through life holding stress in our bodies, pushing through, and quietly wishing for a space where we can just… be.

This is why community matters—not just being around others, but being in spaces where your nervous system can soften, where there’s no need to perform, and where you’re supported in slowing down and reconnecting.

💛 This is what we’re creating inside RECALIBRATE at S.A.G.E.
A space to exhale.
To release what you’ve been holding.
To reconnect with your body and breath.
To be surrounded by others choosing healing.

Through breathwork, somatic movement, journaling, sound healing, and meditation, you’ll be supported in replenishing—not just pushing through.

Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens when we feel safe enough to soften… together.

🌿 In honor of Autism Acceptance Month, we also hold this as a space to honor neurodivergence—where your body doesn’t have to conform, and your nervous system is supported in exactly what it needs.

Come gather, reset, and receive.
You don’t have to do this alone.

Join us Friday, May 1st

🌿 There are moments when everything feels like too much—too loud, too fast, too demanding.

In those moments, your nervous system isn’t asking you to try harder.
It’s asking for safety.

Support doesn’t have to be complicated. It can look like:
🧘♀️ gently noticing your environment (orienting)
🌬️ slowing and lengthening your breath
🛑 reducing sensory input like light or noise
🤝 allowing calm co-regulation with others
🔁 letting the body move, fidget, or stim naturally

These practices are not about control—they’re about coming back into relationship with your body in a kinder way.

Especially for those who are autistic, ADHD, highly sensitive, or carrying chronic overwhelm, these small shifts can make a meaningful difference.

💛 We explore this further in our latest blog, including 30+ stimming ideas and supportive tools for regulation.

✨ Stimming is not something to “fix”.

It’s a natural and important way the body regulates itself.

Stimming can help release excess energy, soothe anxiety, improve focus, and create a sense of safety. For many, it’s an essential tool for navigating the world—not a behavior that needs to be corrected.

And it’s not just for autistic individuals. Many people, including those with ADHD and neurotypical individuals, engage in stimming in different ways.

When we shift from trying to stop these behaviors to understanding them, we create more supportive and compassionate spaces for everyone.

🧠 Read our latest blog to explore 30+ examples of stimming for calming, focus, and sensory regulation.

🧠 Did you know…
Autism is a spectrum, which means every autistic person experiences the world in a completely unique way. Some may be highly sensitive to sound or light, while others may experience sensory input differently—or communicate in nontraditional ways. 🌈

There is no single “way” autism looks. And there is no single way to support it.

This month is about awareness, but also about understanding, acceptance, and compassion.

Let’s continue learning how to create spaces where autistic individuals feel safe, seen, and supported.

💙 Drop us some hearts in the comments if you or someone you love is autistic—we’d love to honor and celebrate this community with you.

Are you having the Sunday Scaries? 🫶

Let’s build in some intentional “YOU” time this week.

Join us on Tuesday, April 14th at 6:30 PM with the S.A.G.E. Community for simple yet powerful nervous system support through our holistic workshop - “Yoga as a Living Practice”, where you get to learn how to carry your yoga practice off the mat and into your life.

This is your personal invitation from our trauma-informed, sacred space holder and integrative holistic therapist, Amairani Valle, MA, AMFT.

This practice is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and regulate—meeting yourself exactly where you are.

✨ We’d love to have you with us.

Disclaimer: Our offering, Yoga as a Living Practice is not therapy.

Have you ever felt like you should be doing better… but something inside you just isn’t there yet?

What if nothing is wrong with you?
What if you’re simply in a different season?

Life moves in cycles—just like nature.

There are times for growth, action, and expansion…
and times for rest, reflection, and letting go.

When we try to force ourselves into constant “summer energy,” we create more resistance and burnout.

Healing begins when we honor where we are.

Common Myth about Yoga: "Yoga is a religion."

This is something we hear often—and it’s completely understandable.

Yoga is not a religion. It does not require you to worship any deity or change your beliefs.

While yoga has historical roots that include spiritual traditions, modern practice—especially in trauma-informed spaces—is focused on:
✨ Breath awareness
✨ Gentle movement
✨ Nervous system regulation
✨ Reconnection with the body

For some people, moments of stillness may feel spiritual. For others, it’s simply a way to find calm in a busy world.

Both experiences are valid.

At S.A.G.E., we honor your personal beliefs and create space for you to explore the practice in a way that feels safe and aligned for you.
