In addition to our Tuesday OUTlet Mental Health Processing group, we’re opening a second space on Fridays from 6:00–7:30 PM designed to focus on connection and community.

While Tuesday evenings will continue to center therapeutic themes and structured mental health processing, Fridays will offer an additional space for OUTlet a welcoming environment to build community, foster belonging, and spend time together in a supportive space.

OUTlet continues to grow as a place where LGBTQ+ youth and young adults can feel supported, connected, and seen. 💛

Participation in Friday Nights requires attendance in the Tuesday OUTlet Mental Health Processing group.

We are proud to announce that our Lavender Scholarship applications is now open! With the partnership of Ron Korona we are able to offer $4,600 to five (5) applicants! We are so thankful for the opportunity to support our community and help further develop your youth's educational development!

All applications must be submitted by May 10th at 11:59pm.

A panel of professionals will discuss transition related topics such as, Immigration, Mental Health, Health Insurance, Medical, and Name & Gender Marker change. This orientation is open to Transgender individuals and ally community members in and around Orange County over the age of 18.

The best way to support people who are struggling with substance use is to listen and respond to what’s going on in their lives, instead of forcing everyone into the same approach. Support should be easy to access, non-judgmental, and realistic about things like mental health, housing, trauma, and discrimination. For q***r people especially, it matters that support spaces feel welcoming and affirming so people aren’t afraid to ask for help. When people feel safe and understood, they’re much more likely to be involved in the community and get the support they need.” - Ava, Spectrum Advisory Committee member

The Spectrum Program seeks to establish a comprehensive opioid and stimulant use prevention, education, outreach, and treatment referral program for 2S/LGBTQIA+ communities across Orange County. Because everyone deserves care that sees and celebrates the full picture of who they are.

Looking for mental health support? OUTlet is designed to offer a nurturing space haven for LGBTQIA+ young adults between the ages 18 to 26. Here, individuals can freely explore mental health concerns, cultivate enriching relationships, and acquire
invaluable tools for navigating emotional landscapes.

Group participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery while gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Our program places a special focus on addressing maladaptive coping strategies prevalent within the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, such as substance use, social withdrawal, and impulsive behaviors. Through evidence-based practices and peer support, group participants will develop sustainable coping skills, empowering them to effectively manage their mental health challenges in the long term.

We meet every Tuesday from 7:00 - 8:30pm.
