Autism Hope Initiative (AHI) is committed to providing effective, patient-centered, high quality in-home behavioral/ ABA services to help individuals with special needs reach their maximum potential in the home, school, and community from childhood through adulthood.

We are hiring Special needs aides in the following areas: Fullerton, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Tustin, Irvine, etc.

We are currently seeking individuals to join our organization who are passionate and driven to help individuals with developmental disabilities and devote themselves to a fulfilling career in this field.

Our office is located in Santa Ana, CA but we serve our clients in their homes in Fullerton, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Irvine, etc.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
A minimum of six months experience working with children (special needs children preferred but not required)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (Driving is an essential part of the job)
Energetic and playful personality is a plus
Afternoon/evening availability
Ability to clear FBI and DOJ fingerprinting
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) a plus

Details of the position

Part-time 15-25 hours per week
Paid training
provide ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disorders in their home, school, and community
Record data for each program
Ensure client safety

Autism Hope Initiative is a small company providing behavioral therapy to children with Autism. We are currently seeking an office/admin assistant to help out with data entry, scanning documents, filing, inventory, billing audits, payroll assistance, and day to day operation of the business. This position is best for someone with the following qualities:

Professional Manners and responsible
Familiar with Excel and Google sheets
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
Great oral and written communication skills
Fast Learner
Computer Savvy
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail
and accuracy.
Experienced with Excel, Office, Adobe
Does not require micro management
Great customer service skills
Energetic
Excellent team work as well as the ability to work independently
Positive attitude
Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
Hours 10am-1pm (we can be flexible if needed), Monday through Friday.
