We are excited to welcome Vahan and Tiarra to the Peace of Mind Wellness & Family Counseling team!

✨ Vahan works with clients ages 9 and up and brings a compassionate, skillful approach to a wide range of concerns including:
ADHD, Anxiety, Art/Play Therapy, Behavior Modification, Bipolar Disorder, Career Management, CBT, Chronic Illness, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), EFIT, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, Mood Disorders, Moms/Caregivers, OCD, and Panic Disorder to name a few.

✨ Tiarra works with clients ages 8 and up and is passionate about creating a safe and empowering space for healing. Her specialties include:
Anxiety, Art/Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, PTSD, Self-Esteem, Somatic Symptoms, Stress Management, Substance Use Disorders, Severe Mental Illness, Trauma, TF-CBT, and Women’s Issues.
