☺️Self-care nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. It's going to bed on time, setting boundaries, taking a walk, or going to therapy.

🙁Self-indulgence, while tempting, often offers short-term comfort at the expense of long-term well-being like avoiding responsibilities or overconsuming as a way to escape.

✨ Balance is everything.
- Enjoy the bubble bath but also keep the doctor’s appointment.
- Treat yourself but also challenge yourself.
- Healthy self-care means honoring what you need, not just what you want in the moment.

As the responses come in from the

💙 Speak Up: Men Matter💙 survey, a clear trend is taking shape.

Out of 22 men, over 70% rated their mood as a 3 or 4, right in the middle!
This pattern suggests they’re not avoiding emotion, but practicing regulation and resilience.
Staying steady might just be their quiet strength and a reminder that balance is its own kind of power.

So far, 57% of our respondents are younger men (25–34), ageneration growing up with more tools to talk about mental health.
But the silence from older men speaks volumes. They may carry the same weight, but without the language or space to express it. Different times. Same pain.
