Meet Your Clinician 🌱

✨ Hi, I'm Crystal. I am pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School and have been providing psychological assessment services as a Psy.D. Intern here at Norooz Clinic since September 2025.

My inspiration for becoming a psychologist comes from my experience in counseling as a teenager and by later working with adolescents with behavioral issues. For these reasons, I am most excited to work with adolescents and young adults.

In my spare time, I love hiking, paddleboarding, and pilates. When I'm feeling low on energy, I recharge through meditation and qigong!🌿

✨ Hi, I'm Leann. Currently I am pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School and doing my practicum here since September 2025.

My inspiration for becoming a psychologist comes from wanting to provide a space for those who want to be heard but don’t know how to express it, such as ethnic minorities and children/adolescents.

When I’m not in a session or studying, I enjoy thrifting, reading, and doing outdoor activities (camping, hiking, yoga)! I love doing these activities as a way to be more grounded and practice balance in my own life.🌿

✨ Hi, I'm Donglei. Currently I am pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School.

My inspiration for becoming a psychologist comes from my interest in understanding people’s inner worlds and helping them build meaningful connections. I am especially excited to work with children, adolescents, and Asian populations, particularly the Chinese community. 🌏

When I’m not in session or studying, I love playing video games 🎮 I’ve been gaming for over 25 years and have even had the chance to play against professional players. It’s one of my favorite ways to relax and recharge! ⚡🌿
