Forever Young Memory Care is a residential care facility for the elderly that specializes in memory care for loved ones with dementia and Alzheimer's.

William Young, Owner and Memory Care Specialist at Forever Young Memory Care began his journey to build the perfect home where seniors with dementia and Alzheimer’s can live purposeful lives in an environment designed to enhance their quality of life in every way. William’s vision started over 15 years ago, and was inspired by his personal experience with his Grandma Bernice. When William’s grandma needed care, he was committed to finding his Grandma the level of care she deserved, however, he was consistently disappointed with the 3 facilities she lived in. He wanted nothing more than to know she was safe, loved and cared for with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, Bernice never found the community that would provide the care William had envisioned; however, this experience marked the beginning of him realizing his passion to help people with dementia and Alzheimer’s. With the support of his wife Julie, family and friends, William decided to leave the corporate world to pursue his dream to create the community he wished his grandma could have lived in. While this hasn’t come without personal sacrifices, he is driven to provide the highest level of care and support families through this journey at Forever Young Memory Care. William obtained his administrator’s license for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) in 2009. Since then he has held a number of management positions across the industry, always specializing in dementia and Alzheimer’s. From his personal and professional experience, William has designed every aspect of this custom home with his residents needs in mind. He is committed to ensuring that the people that join his community become family and that the home is filled with passion, purpose, and love.

Forever Young Memory Care's founder and administrator William Young found his passion of caring and advocating for seniors through the relationship he had with his Grandma Bernice. She was his definition of unconditional love. 💞 Bernice's last name was Trunk and she always collected elephants, which is why William wanted his logo to be of a blue elephant. 🐘 This photo was taken in 1996 when William lived with his Grandma Bernice during his high-school years. 🥰

The country store at Forever Young Memory Care helps foster our residents' independence while putting a smile on their faces.

When Blanch wants to paint her nails we go to the country store to pick out her favorite colors. It give her exercise, and a change to go outside, and creates a sense of purpose to the day.

Before George goes to bed he likes to turn off the lights to the country store and lock it up just as he did to his retail store that he owned for 42 years.

Fun fact: inside the country store you will find some very special and sentimental items to William, the founder of Forever Young. His grandfathers register from the 1940's, his grandma Bernice's needlepoints, and his mothers Elvis records.
