On Saturday, October 8, 2022, we had a unique opportunity to visit the InnoCaption offices. Matt and Cristina from Innocaption detailed how their app for captioned phone calls works on our cell phones and answered all of our many questions. This service is FREE to all hearing impaired customers. Thanks Matt and Cristina for all the great customer service and meeting our special needs.
