Doing it right from the ground up 💪 This property never had a proper exterior sewer cleanout — until now. With a camera inspection, we located the buried line 2.5 feet down and added a cleanout right in the front garden for easy access.

Huge thanks to Jeff Carroll Plumbing for catching this and helping us make the fix before going to market. Our amazing sellers are committed to leaving the home in top condition for the new owners! 🏡🔧
