Menstrual health is health. Period. 🌸
Menstruation is natural—but access to period products isn’t always a guarantee. For people experiencing homelessness or living in poverty, pads and tampons can be unaffordable luxuries instead of basic necessities. Menstrual products are among the most requested and least donated items in homeless shelters.
No one should have to choose between food and menstrual care. Yet that’s the reality for too many.
Let’s break the stigma, advocate for change, and support organizations working to make menstrual products free and accessible to everyone. Period dignity is a human right.
📦 Donate unopened menstrual products to organizations like Showers of Blessing, SB ACT, or Planned Parenthood.
💰 Support local mutual aid groups working directly with unhoused individuals.
📢 Speak up for policy change at the city and state level.
