Womb School began 6 years ago, originally as a seed from the visionary heart of .jeevansingh, who then invited fellow womb workers, .m.correia and  to co-dream, co-weave, and co-tend this dynamic commitment to the womb, embodiment, healing, transformation, creativity and community. Soon after, our family expanded to include the devotional tending of operations, student care, and the living systems behind the scenes, with weaving the threads into a living, breathing school.

Since then, Womb School has grown to take on a life of its own. We’ve welcomed hundreds of students—acupuncturists, herbalists, bodyworkers, energy workers, somatic practitioners, midwives, doulas, doctors and nurses—to join us along this path.

Following many requests from our community, in 2023, the Year of the Yin Water Rabbit, we offered our very own certification program for the first time, inviting healing practitioners to join us on The Somatic Womb Path: A certification program and womb-centered apprenticeship that brings together our combined decades of experience to offer a 9-month immersion anchored in the intersection of our deepest loves and lives’ works: East Asian Medicine, Embodied Neuroscience, Somatics and of course, the Womb.

Which brings us to this powerful moment, the Year of the Yang Fire Horse, offering us its strength, gentleness, joy and momentum, as we welcome in the 4th cohort of The Somatic Womb Path to join us for 2026. 🫀

Over the course of 9 months we ride the arc of seasonal qi, through 5 weekend immersions, 6 workshops and 4 office hours sessions. Guided by our Womb School map, our curriculum is shaped by the concentric circles of the seasons, the moon phases, the sensitivity cycle/the nervous system, 7 year life cycles and the womb continuum. To learn more about the full scope of the program check out our 2026 Syllabus & Free Talk available on our website (🔗 in bio).

The doors are open for you to walk through, love! 🚪Our program begins with our Foundations Immersion on the March 21st 🌱 The Spring Equinox 〰 Save your spot today! ❤️‍🔥 9-month payment plan option is available.

With so much love,

Cyclical bodies are among the most complex systems in nature 🌙

They move through hormonal tides, nervous system shifts, seasonal rhythms, and life phases that are constantly changing and communicating.

And yet, much of modern medicine was built around a linear model of the body, one that values predictability, consistency, and productivity. When cyclical intelligence is measured through that lens, it is often misunderstood, minimized, or treated as deviation.

Bodies with wombs are not smaller versions of male bodies. They are rhythmic ecosystems. They adapt, respond, rest, surge, bleed, regenerate, and reorganize in relationship with their environment. This dynamism is a form of biological and relational intelligence.

At Womb School, we work with the body as it is. Cyclical, sensitive, responsive, and wise. The womb, hormones, nervous system, and environment are understood as one conversation, not separate systems. This perspective lives at the heart of The Somatic Womb Path, our 9-month certification for healing practitioners who want to work with bodies through cyclical nature.

🔥🐎 Doors to the Somatic Womb Path only open once a year! Registration is now open for the Yang Fire Horse 2026 cohort. Comment CYCLICAL on this post to get more details + the registration form!

Our ovaries are sensing, responsive, and deeply connected to our nervous system, emotions, circulation, sleep, and daily rhythms. When we care for the conditions around them, we support far more than fertility, we nurture long-term vitality, resilience, and ease through all stages of life.

This work invites us into relationship. To listen. To slow down enough to notice what our bodies are asking for. To trust that cyclical health is something we can cultivate, moment by moment. 🌹

And you don’t need to have a physical o***y to work with it.

East Asian Medicine tells us that the energetics of each of our organs are present, even when their physical forms are not.

In the Somatic Womb Path, we explore this through embodied practices, nervous system aware-care, and cyclical attunement, learning how to support ovarian and womb ecology in ways that feel grounded, accessible, and alive.

Enrollment is open for the Yang Fire Horse Cohort and we begin on March 21st 🍒 Link in bio to learn more.

Did you know there are a set of maps for understanding your body & cycles?

For thousands of years, East Asian Medicine has mapped our bodies not as machines, but as living, cyclical ecosystems. Through this transmission of wisdom, we are given a set of maps - maps not only for our healing and well-being, but that also help us embody our wholeness so that we may support the healing and well-being of our families, communities, the earth and the collective.

By realigning with earth-based wisdom and following these maps through our lived experiences, we gain access to our own longevity, vitality and life force, while simultaneously nurturing the healing of the earth and humanity.

In The Somatic Womb Path, we support our students in becoming interpreters, guardians, guides and lifelong students of these maps. From an inside out process of learning to embody and speak the poetic language of these maps, our cohort members are able to offer them confidently to their clients for transformation and healing.

In The Somatic Womb Path, we learn how to read and follow:

🌿 The Map Drawn in Vital Substances: Understanding your Qi (energy), Blood (nourishment), and Jing (essence).
🔄 The Map of Inner Seasons: Navigating your life in 7-year cycles and the Inner Seasons along the Five Elements.
💖 The Map of Yin Organs: Dialoguing with your Yin organs as beings of intelligence and sacred archetype, each governing aspects of our physical and emotional life
⚡ The Map of Golden Opportunities: Honoring the three great thresholds - menstruation, postpartum, perimenopause - as rites of passage, not crises.

These ancient maps are profoundly relevant today. They provides us with a root-level framework that our modern world desperately needs.

Want to learn how to navigate 🗺️ by this map?

The Somatic Womb Path integrates this profound wisdom with somatics and embodied neuroscience. We guide you to embody and apply this map, guiding clients from symptom management to cultivating vitality at its source.

✨ If your organs could speak, what would they say? ✨

Your body is a living ecosystem in continual conversation. Each organ carries its own intelligence, rhythm, and way of responding to life. Together, they form an inner landscape that feels, adapts, remembers, and moves in relationship with the world around you.

In East Asian Medicine, organs are understood as dynamic spheres of energy, emotion, and spirit. From a Yin body perspective, this inner ecology mirrors the Earth itself 🌍 Flow allows movement. Connection opens joy. Nourishment creates safety. Release makes space. Deep rest restores resilience.

Listening somatically invites us into relationship with this living intelligence. The nervous system softens when it is met with rhythm, presence, and care. Healing unfolds as dialogue, and the body remembers how to move in harmony with itself and with life.

🌿🌀

In Somatic Womb Work, we engage with our organs as living sources of feeling, memory and intelligence. Through a process of deep listening and internal sensing (interoception), we are invited into a dialogue with our organs, including the womb.

Traditional East Asian Medicine emerged out of thousands of years of this kind of inner dialogue practice, creating maps, correspondences and archetypes that relate to each of the organs.

In The Somatic Womb Path, we welcome both of these guides - the inner guide of your own body knowing and the maps created in East Asian Medicine.

We invite you to take a moment to listen on the inside.
Is there an organ that is “speaking” to you, love?

This living language is at the heart of The Somatic Womb Path, where practitioners learn to work with the body as an integrated, cyclical ecosystem, guided by East Asian Medicine, somatics, and embodied neuroscience.

🌿🌀

✨ Early Bird enrollment is still open, with limited spaces to honor the intimacy of our experiential work together. A 9-month payment plan is available. If this resonates, you’re already part of the conversation. Apply + enroll through the link in our bio.

02/16/2026

Yin bodies are reflections of the Earth, responding to climate, rhythm, nourishment, stress, and care just as land does.

Hormones like estrogen are deeply relational. They respond to light, food, sleep, safety, touch, and the emotional environment we live inside. This is sensitivity by design. A way of sensing when conditions are supportive and when we need tending.

In nature, when conditions change, ecosystems adapt. Growth slows, energy moves inward, resources are conserved, repair begins.

Yin bodies do the same. Our bodies shift, cycle, bleed, rest, and regenerate in response to our surroundings.

This is the principle of organicity, the innate intelligence of nature to tend to itself when given the right conditions. Our bodies need environments that allow balance to thrive.

When we live ecologically, in rhythm with the seasons, honoring rest, prioritizing nourishment, and tending to relationship, the body remembers how to regulate itself. Not through control, but through attunement.

At Womb School, we work from this understanding. The womb, hormones, nervous system, and Earth are not separate systems. They speak the same language.

For healing practitioners, including acupuncturists, bodyworkers, therapists, doulas, and yoga teachers, this perspective becomes a clinical and relational compass. It shapes how we listen and how we hold space without overriding the body’s wisdom.

Doors are OPEN to the Somatic Womb Path, our 9-month certification for practitioners who want to work with cyclical, ecological, and embodied intelligence. Link in bio to join us!

What is Somatic Womb Work? 🌺

Somatic Womb Work is the art of listening to the wisdom of the whole body through the womb.

It is an embodied, relational practice that meets the womb not merely as an organ, but as a living center of sensation, memory, creative potential, and deep intelligence.

Rooted in East Asian Medicine, somatics, and nervous system science, this work is an invitation to slow down and truly feel. It teaches us to sense how the womb and pelvic bowl hold the stories, rhythms, and unspoken responses of a lifetime—and how profound healing unfolds when we restore presence, attunement, and somatic trust.

Here, the womb becomes a sacred hearth: a place where emotion, vitality, grief, pleasure, and creative force are not just felt, but held and alchemized through compassionate relationship. Healing emerges naturally when we learn to listen, respond, and stay with what is alive within.

The Somatic Womb Path is a 9-month certification journey for practitioners called to offer this work with depth, integrity, and care. Moving with the seasons, we explore:
• Cyclical and Relational attunement as a framework
• Foundational somatic womb practices
• The Art of Space holding
• Nervous System-aware care
• Practitioner cultivation as a sacred path 🌀🪷🤲🏽

This training is open to healers across disciplines—acupuncturists, therapists, bodyworkers, yoga teachers, doulas, midwives, and more. The program is approved for 52 CEU/PDAs.

✨ Early Bird enrollment is open for a limited time.
Spaces are intentionally intimate to foster relational depth and embodied learning. Payment plans are available to support your journey.

Our female physiology IS the curriculum. ✨

What if the goal was never to “regulate,” but to become fluent in the language of our own rhythms?

For too long, the guidebook for nervous system health was written from a physiology of stability and containment. But what if you’re wired for something different: for tides, for seasons, for expansion and release?

🌊 Your sensitivity is not an error in code. Your system is not broken for having seasons.
🌙 The true goal is resonance—finding the frequency of safety in connection, and relationship.
🌱 The true goal is embodiment—becoming a steward of your sensations, from soft joy to roaring grief.

Our female physiology is this curriculum. It teaches us to understand our unique maps: to honor our ebbs, navigate our flows, and ride the waves of change. Your rhythmic nervous system is not a problem to solve; it is your greatest ally in deep attunement.

For the practitioner who feels the gap: You know the existing linear models don’t fit the tidal reality of the clients before you—or perhaps, of your own being.

We’re offering two ways to follow your calling:

1) Join our free talk: “Womb As Method”
📅 Wednesday, February 11th | 12 PM PST
We’ll explore the untaught map—where female physiology is the blueprint, not the deviation. Save your spot via the link in our bio.

2) If you already know you’re ready to hold space differently, early bird enrollment for The Somatic Womb Path 2025 cohort is now open. Spaces are limited. Apply + Enroll via the link in bio.

The heart and the womb are always in conversation 🔥🌀

In East Asian Medicine, the Bao Mai is the pathway that connects the Heart and the Womb. It carries blood, emotion, impulse, and meaning between these two centers. When the Heart is settled and connected, the Womb can receive. When the Womb is vital and nourished, the Heart can shine as Sovereign.

In the upcoming Year of the Yang Fire Horse, this connection becomes especially alive. Fire lives in the Heart. The Womb speaks in cycles. This year invites forward motion that is heart-led and womb-informed, movement that comes from joy, impulse, and embodied yes.

From a somatic and nervous system lens, the Heart–Womb connection is also about safety and co-regulation. When you are resourced, creativity flows. When there is overwhelm and rushing, this pathway tightens. This is why our fundamental practice is cultivating right relationship: with the inner landscape of body and emotion, with the earthly rhythms that sustain us, and within the sacred web of our human connections.

What is your heart longing to move toward, and what is your womb ready to birth this year?

This curiosity and understanding lives at the heart of the Somatic Womb Path, where we weave East Asian Medicine, nervous system awareness, and somatic practice to support both healing and creative becoming for healing practitioners who want to embody heart-womb wisdom. 🌿🔥

Doors are open to the 2026 cohort of our 9-month certification program, The Somatic Womb Path. You’re also warmly invited to our free live talk Womb As Method on February 11th to explore this work more deeply. Link in bio!

Fire, the womb, and the year ahead 🐎🔥

Fire symbolizes creation - a dynamic, transforming force that both destroys and purifies. In the language of the elements, Fire marks a moment of peak Yang power. “Where Wood describes birth and becoming, Fire celebrates that which has become.” - Gail Reichstein

Fire teaches us about joy and how it opens from the heart, blooming into fullness, expansion, and expression. In the creative process, Fire burns bright when something is already in motion, when the work takes on a life of its own and begins to move us forward with passion and momentum.

At Womb School, we understand the Womb as a hearth, a place where Fire is held, tended, and listened to. From here, movement becomes purposeful, creativity becomes sustainable, and we learn to attune in relationship, with ourselves, with others, and with the world.

This elemental understanding lives at the heart of The Somatic Womb Path. Inside our program, we work with the energy of each year, the womb, the nervous system and the elemental cycle as guides for embodied healing and practitioner resourcing, supporting both personal and professional transformation for our students.
