For the past few days, I offered massage in this forest tent at a community camp where everyone shares their gifts. Mine? Healing through touch, surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the peace only nature can bring.

It’s one of my favorite ways to stay strong, grounded, and energized. Hiking is already great for the body and soul but adding a weighted vest takes it to the next level.

Here’s why I love it:
