Because that’s what we’re doing this month... turning movement back into play.⁠

Not a workout. Not a task. Not a way to “earn” rest.⁠

Just movement for the joy of it.⁠

For cartwheels in the grass (or in your head).⁠
For dancing in your kitchen.⁠
For rolling around on your mat like a kid again.⁠

This July, we’re making a radical choice to move not to fix our bodies, but to enjoy them.⁠

There are so many ways to care for ourselves and not all of them look like hustle or intensity.⁠

Sometimes honoring your body means slowing down.⁠

Sometimes it’s a deep breath, a nourishing meal, a short walk, or simply offering yourself grace.⁠
