✨You’re not alone, it’s one of the most challenging (and rewarding!) core exercises. ⁠

Here’s how to make it more accessible and effective👇⁠

✅ Tips for a smoother roll up:⁠

• Start with a deep breath and long spine⁠
• Use your exhale to lift, blow all the air out as you come up⁠
• Tuck your tailbone + roll down one vertebra at a time⁠
• Don’t rush! This is about control, not speed⁠

💡 Modifications to try:⁠

• Place a towel behind your low back for extra support⁠
• Hold light weights to help counterbalance as you come up⁠
• Bend your knees slightly if hamstring flexibility is limiting you⁠

Remember: it’s not about perfection, it’s about progress and connection to your body. ⁠

Your strong, centered core will thank you 🌀⁠

People often ask me, “Do you ever get sick of Pilates after 15 years?”⁠

The answer is simple: no. 💛⁠

I fall in love with it again and again. ⁠

Sure, there are seasons where it doesn’t light me up as much, where the spark feels quieter...but somehow, I always find my way back. ⁠

Every time I step on the mat, I remember why I started: the connection to my body, the sense of strength, the little moments of calm and focus in my busy world.⁠

Pilates isn’t just an exercise,it’s a practice it’s a reminder to come home to yourself. ⁠
