Well, we’re still living in Santa Barbara but there’s been one big change…

I recently developed a program that is geared towards helping athletic parents lose up to 20 pounds in 12 weeks and maximize their performance, without restricting any of their favorite foods! It’s been a wild ride, but I now wake up every day feeling like it’s Christmas morning, excited to work with these new clients.

Jeff's Journey from Out of Shape to Energetic Dad

We'll call him Jeff in this story, my client is very private and didn't want his story or face published on the internet.

Jeff, a prominent Oncologist, and father of two, felt like something was missing in his life. Despite his success, he had fallen out of his health and fitness routine, leading to weight gain and decreased energy. As he approached 40, he became increasingly concerned about his health, especially when he struggled to keep up with his kids during outdoor activities.

Dieting had yielded no results for Jeff; he found them too restrictive and would often give up. With a demanding work schedule, he rarely found time or motivation to exercise. Seeking a solution, Jeff reached out to me, and we began our journey together. Over the course of 12 months, he shed 20 pounds of body fat, gained lean muscle, and experienced a newfound energy that allowed him to fully engage with his children outdoors.

Inspired by Jeff's transformation, I began helping busy parents and professionals optimize their performance, lose up to 10 pounds of body fat, and become energetic and athletic parents.

They just need to find consistency with moderate, and well thought out or structured intensity.
For a lot of people that consistency over a 52-week time period will pay huge dividends in their health, longevity, and performance. 😎
