There was a lot to love about my first Solid Core workout and I’m glad I tried it, but I won’t be adding it to my regular routine.

Let’s talk weighted vests! ⬇️

Anytime I see something pick up quickly as a trend, I get a little skeptical. 🤨

I have mixed opinions and have been digging into the research and trying it out myself to write a blog post/podcast with best practices and to help you determine if it’s something worth adding into your routine.

So I’d love to know - what questions do you have about weighted vests?

Do you have one? Are you skeptical? Do you love it? Is this first time you’re hearing about it?

Back on the meal prep train 🚂

I got out of the habit and honestly, needed the break.

But the past few weeks I’ve been back in the habit of prepping ingredients at the start of the week to make it easier to eat well when life is busy.

May-cember is here and we are eating on-the-go most nights of the week and even lunch needs to be a quick prep option between meetings, school events, etc. 😅
