😅Let’s talk about being afraid to START:

When I got my yoga teacher certification I was so nervous to start teaching classes. I was afraid I wasn’t a good enough yogi, not flexible enough, not strong enough, not confident enough in my teaching style… but I decided I had to start somewhere.

Every teacher has been a novice and a student before and it’s important to remember that. Through practice and consistency you start to learn more about what you like and dislike as a teacher. After three years of teaching I finally feel confident to freestyle in my classes, adjust, and communicate more openly with my students. And I know I have so much more to learn!

We all start somewhere and everyone’s process is different! If you are scared to start remember that the only way to your goal is through the showing up 🙏🏽✨🫶🏼 Please message me if you’re curious about yoga, sound healing, teaching I’d love to get to know you better🤍
