Regular mammograms remain the most important tool for early detection. The American College of Radiology recommends annual screenings starting at age 40 for women at average risk.

Women at higher-than-average risk may need to start earlier or screen more often. Talk with your doctor to find the schedule that’s right for you.

Cottage Health is proud to offer digital 3D Mammography™ exams that provide better, earlier breast cancer detection for patients.

Take charge of your health. Schedule your mammogram today: cottagehealth.org/mammo

At Cottage Health, we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by honoring the traditions, resilience and contributions of our Hispanic and Latino community members.

In healthcare, healing is more than a treatment ––healing happens when care is rooted in trust, understanding, and respect for every story of our past, present and future. This month, and always, we stand strong with our communities—alongside our Hispanic and Latino neighbors—as partners in health.
