Oak Cottage of Santa Barbara Memory Care Emphasis is placed on respect for our residents, and acceptance of who they are today, as they continue their life journey.

Oak Cottage provides individualized residential care for seniors challenged with age-related cognitive impairment, specializing in Alzheimer's and dementia care. We create an atmosphere of caring and compassion for our residents through every stage of their memory loss. The community is broken up into three approachable intimate neighborhoods, and includes programming that focuses on quality of life, daily achievement, warmth and comfort.

Our residents love socializing and when great projects are offered to them to be a part of , their enthusiasm is INCREDIBLE!!
Our next event is Living the dream, this is a pillar of our vibrant life program and it's all about making dreams come a reality for our residents.
We will be highlighting the life of our beautiful resident Rosemarie S next week.
She is Italian, and A FABULOUS ITALIAN excursion will take place at the Oak Cottage.
Residents are making Italian tissue paper flower, then delicious cappuccino, tiramisu, live Italian music, appetizers all Italian, and the decorations will make it an UNFORGETTABLE memories for Rosemarie S and her family, and of course everyone at our community!!
