Slides: Then ➝ Now
One year post knee replacement:
🦵 79° ➝ 43° squat angle
📿 Cross-legged sitting now possible
This post isn’t about the before and after.
It’s about the in between.
The scar tissue is stubborn. The process is slow. I’ve been working consistently for a year—and I still have more range to reclaim.
There were moments I wanted to give up. Moments I thought I “should” be further along. But I’ve learned:
🌀 The body doesn’t care about your timeline.
🌀 It heals on its own terms.
🌀 Progress whispers—it rarely shouts.
I’ve let my breath guide me. I’ve let pain—not ego—be my compass. Each small gain is a win. Each day of practice is a step forward.
Qigong.
Corrective exercise.
Rolfing.
Breath.
Patience.
It’s been a year, but this is only the beginning.
