🌈 Harmonic Hypnosis Sound Bath 🌈
This Sunday, Nov. 2 @ 4 pm
with Danielle Elese

Immerse yourself in a transformative 75-minute reiki-infused sound bath with guided hypnosis, designed to create profound harmonization within your body, mind, and soul.

As beings composed primarily of water - this sacred, life-giving element - we hold the capacity for deep internal transformation through sound. Just as sound waves create ripples and restructure water at the molecular level, this healing journey works to harmonize the waters within you, from the blood flowing through your veins to the cellular memory held in every part of your being. This isn't just relaxation - it's a return to your natural state of harmony.

Strong Flow
Thursdays @ 5:30 PM

🌀 Somatic Release Breathwork 🌀
This Thursday, Oct. 23
with Regina Powers

Somatic Release Breathwork (SRB) utilizes “conscious connected breath" - an intentional breathing technique that involves a continuous and circular pattern of inhalation and exhalation without pauses between the two. We begin by lying down or finding a comfortable seated position to enhance relaxation. The emphasis is on deep, rhythmic breathing, where each inhalation flows seamlessly into the next exhalation. The aim of no pauses between breaths is to create a sense of flow and connection. Breathers are encouraged to maintain focus on their breath, allowing thoughts and emotions to surface naturally.

✏ Zen and the Art of Figure Drawing Workshop ✏
Saturday Afternoon, Oct. 25
with Rich Wilkie

Zen and the Art of Figure Drawing is about our state of mind when approaching a drawing and quick sketch drawing.

This workshop will explore our state of mind when approaching a quick sketch drawing of a live, n**e model, and the understanding that drawing is not about a finished sketch, but the process of creating something of beauty from nothing.

Rich will lecture, demonstrate, and will work with you one-on-one.

All levels of experience are welcome. Register in advance.

Participants should bring art supplies. Ideal supplies include 18x24 inch drawing paper, drawing utensils like charcoal or pencils, and a drawing board. Participants without these materials may bring similar drawing paper, utensils, and surface.

✨ The Brothers Koren are Back! ✨
Saturday, Oct. 25, 7-9 pm

The Mystic Voice: An Evening of Song and Soul

Join the Brothers Koren for a deeply immersive evening honoring the mystique and magic of the human voice. We will come together to experience the profound power of singing in community—an ancient practice that has brought people together in joy, healing, and connection for generations.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle vocal exercises to unlock and awaken your voice. From there, we’ll move into simple toning, uplifting melodies, and familiar songs that unite us in harmony.

As you relax into the experience, you’ll notice the chatter of the mind quieting, your heart opening, and your spirit lifting through the power of vocal play and creative expression. Singing together creates a profound sense of belonging, dissolving barriers and reigniting the inner joy that lies within us all.

All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
