Our Fellowship Club doesn’t just offer healthy meals, support groups, activities, and connection—we also partner with Doctors Without Walls - Santa Barbara Street Medicine to bridge the gap in essential healthcare. Each week, the team visits to check vitals, provide toiletries, help establish care with other providers, and break down barriers to wellness.

Huge thank you to the Santa Barbara Street Medicine team for caring for our members and creating a path to wellness for all throughout our community!

Shoutout to our friends, National Charity League, Inc., Santa Barbara Chapter , for their ongoing partnership and support! 💗 From hosting meetings at MWC to hosting clothing drives and making sweet cards for our clients, they’re always willing to help. 🙌

This season, they set up a clothing donation box inside TRI-COUNTY PRODUCE to help fill our Care Closet— where our clients living with mental health challenges (many unhoused) pick out clothes. 🧥👖🧦 As the weather cools, we’re in URGENT need of warm, gently used men’s clothing, especially in larger sizes!

Drop off donations at:
📍 Tri-County Produce: 335 S. Milpas Street, 8AM – 8PM, Everyday

October is ADHD Awareness Month, and we want to shine a light on what it really means to live with ADHD. 🧠💛

It’s not just about being distracted or forgetful—ADHD is complex, affects millions around the world, and still carries a lot of stigma. But with the right support and tools, people with ADHD don’t just get by—they thrive.

Here are a few things you might not know:
💡 ADHD often goes hand-in-hand with anxiety, depression, or learning differences.
💡 Small everyday adjustments can make life a lot easier.
💡 And ADHD isn’t all challenges—it can also bring creativity, energy, and fresh perspectives!

October is Depression Awareness Month—a time to increase understanding of depression and tackle stereotypes surrounding it. Depression is common, but it often goes undiagnosed due to stigma and misunderstanding. Therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, and social support can improve quality of life.

If you or someone you know is struggling, we’re here to offer support groups, education, and help navigating resources.
