Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (California)
Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying (Ontario, Canada)
Certified Nutritional Practitioner

When our past is haunting our present, it is an opportunity to explore unresolved pain, grief, sadness and anger that we may not have been able to express as children. I believe that becoming a whole person involves identifying, retrieving and integrating lost parts of our self. My intention is to guide clients to discover the healing they seek through gentle curiosity, practical exercises and nervous system rewiring. My primary areas of focus include: grief & loss, relationships, self-worth, women's work, and unresolved early childhood attachment challenges. I specifically work with women who have lost a parent/had unavailable caregivers in early childhood, experience unresolved grief and repeat painful relational patterns. When we have not had our needs met in early life, we may develop the belief that we are unworthy. Our journey as adults, is to reclaim & nurture the wounded parts, finding wholeness again. As a therapist, my role is to help you discover your most authentic self, the deep Soul wisdom that lies within your heart, and uncover limiting beliefs, mind and body memories and somatic experiences that hinder you from fully embracing and loving yourself. Together, we help you find freedom and safety within that grounds you into your day to day life.

Life after death is one of the deepest mysteries we face, especially in times of grief. While no one knows for certain where we go, many find comfort in beliefs, memories, and the continuing bond we hold with those who’ve passed.

Grief is love that has nowhere to go — and healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel, remember, and honor.

What is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)?

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a therapeutic approach that combines the carefully monitored use of ketamine with psychotherapy. Ketamine can help the brain enter a state that allows for greater emotional processing, perspective shifts, and insight. In this state, psychotherapy can be more effective, helping you work through trauma, depression, anxiety, or patterns that have been difficult to change. KAP is guided by a trained therapist in a safe, supportive environment, with a focus on integrating the insights gained into lasting healing and growth.

If you’re experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or navigating life transitions, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) can support deeper emotional processing and meaningful change. In a safe, guided therapeutic setting, ketamine can help you gain new insights, work through challenging emotions, and break unhelpful patterns.

KAP is not a quick fix—it’s a therapeutic tool that, when combined with psychotherapy, supports lasting growth, self-understanding, and resilience.

✨ Personalized, compassionate care in a safe environment
✨ Evidence-based integration to help you process and make sense of your experience
✨ Ideal for those ready to explore new and alternative approaches to mental health - not just talk therapy

We’re still learning how to work with the newest part of our brain — the prefrontal cortex — the center of awareness, choice, and compassion. For most of human history, we’ve been wired to survive, operating from the older, more primal parts of the brain that react instantly to threat (often called the “reptilian” brain).

Therapy helps us bridge that gap. Approaches like somatic therapy gently bring the body into the healing process, teaching the nervous system it’s safe to relax and respond instead of just react. And therapies like EMDR help rewire trauma responses stored in older brain regions, allowing the thinking, conscious parts of the brain to come back online.

The more we practice this, the more we shift from survival to presence — from automatic reactions to intentional, grounded choices.

We do not merely fall in love with another person — we fall into the depths of our own unconscious. The beloved becomes the mirror in which we glimpse the hidden image of our soul. Love, in its highest form, is the invitation to confront ourselves.

Carl Jung offered mandalas as a map of the soul. Symbols of the Self, they reflected our inner world: whole, centered, and in balance.

When life felt chaotic, Jung and his patients would draw mandalas to restore a sense of order and meaning.

“The mandala is the psychological expression of the totality of the self.” — Jung

Every circle is a quiet invitation: Return to yourself.

When was the last time you played?
When was the last time you danced?
When was the last time you sang?
Life is both serious and a cosmic joke!
The world doesn’t need a more “healed” version of you.
It’s needs your now — in your joy. In your love. In your grief. In your anger. In your peace. In your full presence.
It’s all part of the deal of this being human.

Spirituality, consciousness, enlightenment is not something that can be captured by how you dress, how much love and light you shine, how much you meditate or how many medicine journeys you have done.

It’s not something you have to work for or try to be. You already are.

I recently heeded a call to adventure and embarked on a vision quest — a journey of stillness, reflection, and deep reconnection with the wisdom of the natural world atop Pine Mountain, California.

Alone in the vastness of nature, with only the wind, the trees, and my own thoughts as companions, I allowed myself to slow down, turn inward, and listen.

A vision quest is a traditional rite of passage in many Indigenous cultures, particularly among Native American communities, where time in solitude and often fasting helps guide a person toward insight, clarity, and personal transformation. Today, it’s also embraced as a practice for spiritual growth and self-discovery.

In my latest Love Letter — a newsletter straight from the heart — I share what stirred in my soul, the insights that emerged, and the reflections I brought back from this journey.

If you’d like to read it and receive more stories, reflections, and invitations like this, you can join our letters here:

Our Story

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist & Registered Certified Nutritional Practitioner AMFT#101329

As a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, with an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and a Registered Certified Nutritional Practitioner, I am deeply invested and drawn to helping women, men, and couples going through difficult life transitions and transformations. Addressing relationship pain and heartbreak, including divorce, breakups, addictive love and the anxious/avoidant attachment wound are the cornerstones to my professional practice. I am passionate about the concept and process of healing painful heartbreak and have been practicing in the professional health and wellness field for over a decade. I have personally experienced and worked with women, men and couples in the deep angst and pain of relationship ending, grief and loss wondering how life can possibly go on... In the space of deep heartbreak and grief, though an extremely devastating and even, traumatizing time, I do believe there is an opportunity to evolve and change in a way unavailable to us, without this heart crushing experience. We have the chance and ability, if we allow for it, a new way to exist in the world. My passion and focus is on individuals and couples dealing with the effects of early childhood attachment trauma and relational injuries in present day romantic relationships– relationship endings, divorce, depression, addictive love, leaving abusive relationships, grief, loss, & heartbreak. Additionally, I have experience working with parents and infants/children helping them to enhance healthy attachment bonds, strengthen family dynamics and create greater relationship harmony.
