someone placed a beautiful old piano up at the top of La Cumbra Peak in Santa Barbara, CA. What a gift to our community to be following a ever changing gentle echo of music breezing through these sacred canyons while families are hiking up though our renewed hiking trails that... where not to long ago these hills were stripped down to rock, roots dust and bone after the SB fires 🔥 and floods... Nature Heals... it's innately programmed and knows how to rebalance, revitalize and heal even after unexpected tragedy, disaster and dis-ease... I'm so inspired by Nature and her Natural rhythms which continually illuminated hope for us all.
Here's the thing - NO MATTER what you've been through or lived through know that.. What if... we try on the possibility that pain is showing up in our bodies and lives for a reason.
What if... pain is a signal from the inner recesses of our body, trying to grab our attention as if the body is speaking loudly on a bullhorn megaphone 📢 stating that something is trying to change... something is in need of change... something within us is resisting change.
What if pain... is an opportunity for you to discover those parts of yourself through your body that are living congruently or incongruently within your life... physically, mentall, emotionally, spiritually, socially etc... we live, express and experience our life experiences through our Nervous System.
Either we believe we are connected to the universe and nature and everything at the subtlest level is organized even if it appears chaotic l, “has purpose and meaning”... or everything is by chance and random.
