My Dear Chancellor Yang:
I remember when you came to UCSB as the successor of Chancellor Uehling. She agreed to host the ceremony I arranged for Santa Barbara Mayor Sheila Lodge and the mayor of our new Sister City of Yalta to relight the UCSB Eternal Flame Memorial Peace Monument.
You later, at my request, had that improved to keep the flame from blowing out, part of your legacy for the American Peace Movement.
In my welcoming email then, I made reference to my late friend and colleague Bruce DePalma who did the pioneering experiment in Santa Barbara to verify the incremental overunity effect in 1979 of his n-Machine Free Energy Technology.
I got that mentioned in the 1998 US Comprehensive National Energy Plan as “one device with potential to harness the Zero Point Energy of the quantum vacuum flux to produce electricity.”
In 1980 DePalma learned that, absent the “overunity” effect that he proved experimentally, this “n-effect” had been noted by Michael Faraday in 1832 which he called the homopolar motor/generator effect.
I formally presented DePalma’s documented results to the UCSB Physicists including Dr Walter Kohn and his successor as the head of the UCSB National Institute for Theoretical Physics, Dr Robert Schrieffer, and also Dr. Hone in the physics department, all to no avail, in the 1980’s.

During the same time frame, the Sunburst Community in Santa Barbara came under covert attack because its founder Norman Paulsen sponsored DePalma in building his first n-Machine in Santa Barbara.
After Sunburst was then forced out of business in Santa Barbara, they moved to Nevada. I visited there when Stanford Electrical Engineering Professor Emeritus Dr Robert Kincheloe PhD presented his carefully written report verifying DePalma’s “incremental overunity” results.
In June of 1997, I arranged with the sponsorship of Marc McGinnes of the UCSB Environmental Studies Department at UCSB - founder of Santa Barbara’s Community Environmental Council and Environmental Defense Center, who is recognized as the founder of the modern environmental movement - the use of the UCSB Cliff House where Dr Kincheloe and other free energy scientists gave a briefing for the science advisor of His Holiness Dalai Lama, Dr Robert Livingstone of UC Davis’ Neuroscience Department.
That original n-Machine is still at the Sunburst Community has which relocated to Buellton. I would like to arrange with you for a display and discussion about it at UCSB.
Dr. Steven Greer MD recently had the federal government’s 100 years of illegal secrecy relaxed. We plan to show this movie at the end of our first day of the “God Lovers Inflation Music Festival” from Isla Vista’s Anisqoyo Park Stage, the night of September 14, 2024.
We planted the first Olive Tree of Peace in Isla Vista on Labor Day 2024, to help bring out the message of the Tree of Peace symbolizing the Great Law of Peace which is foundation of the Iroquois Confederacy and the historical precedent for uniting all the nations in tranquility, specifically focusing on resolving the Israeli Palestinian Conflict pursuant to God’s Peace Plan for the Holy Land. The American Peace March Story
My First Pocket Book, excerpt:
This book is about how I figured out Einstein’s equations about the Great Law of Peace, the inviolably sovereign Law of Nature to unite all the nations in peace.
As people understand that this law cannot be contradicted by any man-made law, without causing crime, violence, and natural disasters, as sure as gravity, the Great Law of Peace will unite the nations into harmony.
Einstein thought of the this Law as the Torah, from his Jewish background: The Law which even God cannot contradict, by which everything happens, everywhere all the time.
The Buddhists think of this inviolably sovereign Law as True Dharma, which people pay devotional respect bringing peace and prosperity, but which is otherwise hindered by coincidences of Karma.
In Islam, this operating principle of life is called The Will of The One God by which everything happens all the time everywhere and cannot be contradicted, where Peace is only attained by surrendering one’s personal will to the Will of the One God.
This the Law of Universal Unconditional Love taught by Jesus Christ and the Sai Babas.
I have arrived at this understanding through many coincidences I will explain in this book, to Correct America by correcting human thinking.
These equations Einstein called Unified Field Theory Equations, “a simple set of equations that describe all of physical reality, no matter where or which, with 100% Certainty”.
Einstein never completed his Unified Field Theory Equations because the The Mind of Science was corrupted with notion that the absolute nature of truth does not exist, only higher and higher probabilities that something is true, what I call the fallacious extrapolation of Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle, at the root of “quantum physics.”
The equations of my Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory start with correct the understanding of the C^2 in E=mC^2, to mean the square of the velocity of light, not the speed which is the mistake.
As a chemist I understand that light reflects, refracts, and polarizes, but now I understand how the nature of light also defines the “quantifiable relative identity of the observer” and the “egocentric” nature of the universe, mislabeled as “quantum entanglement.”
