It's that time of year again...where some of us 'relish' getting together for the holidays, others of us wish we could go 'cold turkey' from the entire human race, particularly when we would prefer to knock the 'stuffing' out of our difficult family members.

Remember:

1) You can walk away. Use the bathroom, take a walk, help in the kitchen, whatever.

2) Breathe. Through your nose, and out your mouth. Intentionally. Feel the calm!

LifeLaunch!! It's nearing summer, which means that for the 11th year in a row, we are running our Summer Boot Camp -- LIFELAUNCH! Designed specifically for transition-aged, neurodivergent kids, this class teaches them the basics of adulting -- shopping, cooking, transportation, first aid and CPR, laundry, home maintenance, paying bills, budgeting, credit, roommates, friendships, dating -- and yes, having s*x for the first time!

I am revising ALL of the material this year, adding in more information about health and safety, making it more gender- and queer-affirming, and a little more fun with a few more videos. We are also offering this for the first time as either in-person (our preference) or REMOTE with an adult (parent? friend?) working with the kid wherever they are via Zoom, using a home-based study guide I'm working on.
