It’s a Struggle We Share: A Journey to Health and Hope

Obesity and high blood pressure are rising at an alarming rate. Every day, more people are prescribed beta blockers, feeling drained and watching the scale climb higher. These conditions pave the way to heart disease, cancer, and stroke, casting a shadow over our futures.

I understand this struggle deeply. During the two-year COVID lockdown, I gained 65 pounds. With gyms closed and grocery trips minimized, I relied on takeout.
