Only a mom understands how hard it is to build income while raising kids. I've been doing it since 2021.

Don't get me wrong.
I'm glad that my husband provides for us.. But our kids are growing and they need a good future. A fixed income will not help. Right now we are working towards our own house and car. Our funds are tied up in business investments so getting a loan right now is not financially feasible.

All over the world, the economy is negatively affected. Our incomes are not enough. Uncertainty is growing and we don't know what to do next.

That's why I work as a freelancer.
I thought I just needed a “good idea.”
Or the right side hustle.
But no one told me…
You’ll try to work while holding a baby who is trying to bang on the laptop keyboard.
You’ll open your laptop and forget why (planning is important)
You’ll plan your life at 9 AM…
…and be completely exhausted by 2 PM or even 10AM.
Some days, the only thing you “built”
is keeping your kids fed, safe, and loved.
And somehow…
you’re still expected to build income on top of that. If not you can't survive in this economy.

I get it now.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about building something that fits this season of life.
Slow. Flexible. Real.
If you’re trying to figure it out too…
you’re not behind. You’re just doing two full-time jobs at once 🤍

My goal is financial freedom.

We are blessed with a safe place to live and all the essentials we need. But I'm hustling because the future is uncertain.. Everything is getting more expensive.

I need to build a future for my kids. We still don't have our own home. We live in a rented space.

So the future begins with me.

I'm a SAHM who is freelancing to help pay some of the bills.. But for me that is not enough so everyday I'm looking for ways to grow our incomes. Comment below if you are also a mom looking to grow your income...

The stock photo market isn’t dead… it’s just evolved.

- Overly staged handshakes
- Fake office smiles
- Generic “perfect” photos

✅ What’s working now:

- Natural, real-life moments
- Clean, modern aesthetics
- Authentic emotions
- Useful, problem-solving visuals
- Short video clips (this is growing FAST)

💰 The biggest shift?
Platforms now reward quality + relevance, not just quantity.

📍Top platforms to consider:

- Shutterstock
- Adobe Stock
- Freepik
- Canva Creators

🔥 Simple strategy:

1. Shoot or create high-quality visuals
2. Upload consistently
3. Use strong keywords (this matters A LOT)
4. Think like a buyer, not a creator

Ask yourself:

📈 Reality check:

I’ve been researching ways moms can actually earn online in 2026… and these are the ones that keep coming up again and again:
1. Selling digital products (planners, guides, templates)
2. Freelance services (editing, writing, content help)
3. AI content creation (videos, posts, product content)
4. Affiliate marketing (sharing products you already use)
5. Printables + Etsy shops
6. Social media management
7. UGC content for brands
8. Online tutoring / mini courses
9. Dropshipping (done smart, not random)
10. Building a personal brand (this is what I’m trying now)
Honestly… most of these don’t need a huge investment.
Just time, consistency, and figuring things out step by step.
I’m still learning and testing what works…
but I know I don’t want to stay stuck.

How many of you remember playing Diner Dash? Just remembered randomly and wanted to check whether its still available. I used to love this game and also Wedding Dash.
My dad used to download all the freetrials of these games to CDs and allow me to play. Bittersweet memories indeed.
