It’s fine.
I’m fine.
Everything is fine.
You’re sleeping (mostly).
You’re working out.
You’re meal prepping.
You’re getting it done.
But you’re also tired.
A little tense.
A little wired at night.
A little “off.”
That’s not weakness.
That’s adaptation.
Your nervous system has gotten really good at keeping up.
