Wrestling is hard on the body‼️

Single leg takedowns are easier on the neck than double leg takedowns

It's not about who's best it's about who's left. Safety and longevity in the sport needs to be a staple of your training. I switched to a single leg approach after years of neck injuries. 21 years later, I'm still on the competition circuit living the Dream. Still getting takedowns.. 2 points‼️
