Two incredible women, two warriors, two hearts who have walked through fire and still choose love. This is what yoga therapy really is — not just movement, not just breath, but the quiet, sacred remembering that you are not alone in your healing.

Kenya — our teacher, our survivor, our lighthouse — carries a strength that can only be born from facing the unthinkable and choosing to shine anyway. And witnessing her hold space for others on their own cancer journey… it’s poetry. It’s medicine. It’s what community looks like when it becomes family.

To everyone walking through treatment, recovery, fear, hope, or the long exhale in between — you belong here. Your story belongs here. Your body, exactly as it is today, belongs here.
