Our first sound bath event in May sold out and so we are offering a second event in May 😃

A beautiful end to a sensational weekend. Kathleen from and I hosted our very first Root to Rise event today.

Another weekend sold out event for me! Yay! I love that people are making time for self-care.

We started by sitting either Mama Cacao and the yummy ceremonial cacao from .

Then acupuncture for root and crown chakras.

Finally we sealed it all with a healing sound bath and balancing the chakras.

So much gratitude to the lovely Kathleen KENNEALLY for hosting the event in her community room. The acoustics were out of this world. Thank you to each of the lovely souls that showed up for themselves today. Your energy was lovely 💝

Participants were floating out of the room and simply glowing. I think by addressing the root and crown with acupuncture, the heart with cacao, and then balancing all the other chakras, it was very well-rounded.

Another wonderful sound bath inside the Energy Enhancement System last night. I love our monthly collaboration. The two modalities (sound healing instruments and EE System) compliment one another so well. Participants shared that they felt:

We had an exceptional time last night at the Sea of Candlelight. I am so happy that our friend Cathy invited us. This was such a unique event and extraordinary opportunity to experience live music of such a professional caliber. Watching and listening Oksana Kolesnikova was simply mesmerizing. I have never seen anyone play the piano like her. Reading about her inspiration for each song made it even more unique. Then the energy shifted again when Luis Villegas and Ardeshir Farah played guitars in a truly exemplary way. I have listened to Strunz and Farah since the 1990’s and to be able to experience Farah in a live and intimate setting was a once in a lifetime blessing. My shoes were tapping, my upper body was swaying and I wanted so much to dance! I really hope the Oksana Foundation hosts more events in SCV. Everyone truly deserves to be exposed to this quality of live music. Thank you so much , and for truly memorable evening.

We hosted a wonderful collective community sound bath yesterday. There is something so unique about collaborating with other sound healers outdoors in a park. I am grateful to be a part of this community. In a time when there could be a lot to complain about, we choose to gather, settle in, and create sacred space together for healing. To see so many of my current and former students and friends come warmed my heart. Our next one will be in the Fall.

Join us for four Mondays starting 4/20/26 6:00-7:30pm at Newhall Community Center.

Learn risk awareness and risk reduction techniques, as well as basic physical defense skills.

Classes are free and part of the non-credit department with COC.
