Great service! Helpful staff, insurance knowledgeable especially with LA care insurance in need of hearing aide! It is the closest in the SFV, worth the drive, the office is new with the state of the art equipment. I recommend this place.

Amazing experience with Kevin and the wonderful staff. I have had a relationship with Kevin for several years due to needing periodic adjustments to my ReSound hearing aids I had when I moved here to Valencia.
I have ever increasing profound hearing loss which means that I can’t correct for the loss even with any hearing devices or so I thought. The last year or more had been a really isolating problem for others and myself. It was depressing. So I realized I had to try something new and hope that technology had advanced enough to help me. Kevin had kindly suggested that I try Oticon Intent brand hearing aids.
I purchased them and with his 20 plus years of experience, he adjusted them to my needs perfectly. I can only say that the results were Stunning. I was in a new world of hearing sensitivity that I had given up thinking was possible. I am VERY happy and thankful 😊😊😊🔥

I recently was treated by an audiologist John Davis and was completely happy and satisfied that I did. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. It's a very upbeat office in a really nice building. The receptionists deserve an applaud for their kindness and have been helping me navigate my hearing condition. My issues with hearing loss goes a little deeper than most patients but they have helped with everything I have needed so far.

I am 79 with a sudden Tinnitus of the left ear and this company is highly professional and advised me that I did not have hearing loss. Now my wonderful ENT Doctor Rafael Quinonez M.D. PhD. can continue to look for the cause of my problem. A great team with a terrific office staff.
