Believe it or not, teeth are the hardest substance in the human body. This is primarily because of enamel. Its high mineral content helps teeth handle the daily pressure of chewing and biting. However, enamel can't repair itself once it's worn down or damaged. Consistent oral hygiene and regular dental care are essential for protecting enamel and maintaining healthy teeth over time. Ensure your teeth are strong and healthy by calling (661) 253-0588 and scheduling a routine checkup today.
