What is Breathwork? Great question!!!

Breathwork, very simply put, is “controlled breathing”. Going into the session or class with the intention of bringing awareness to your breath. YOU being in control of the rate and depth at which you breathe!! It is exhilarating!!
Breathwork is for everyone! It doesn’t matter where you are at in your healing journey. Now is the time to start!!
People experience so many amazing things during and after a session! Here’s just a few 😀 Deep inner healing of trauma or grief, the release of toxins from the physical body, relief of stress and anxiety and the ability to find relaxation, deep inner peace and happiness, and the feeling of being connected to self and Mother Earth ( being grounded or earthed). It can also be an extremely spiritual or mystical experience. You might find that you are able to connect to source energy quicker, manifest what is for your best and highest good, reach higher states of consciousness, awaken your true self and love yourself unconditionally, and end feeling emotionally balanced. It’s all love and light!!
If you have any questions, of course feel free to reach out! But the best way to experience it, is to come to our next group session with Kenny, March 12th @ 7:00pm!!

Join us at The Flow Spot for a 90 minute Soundbath and Guided Meditation presented by Anahata Mousai. Come relax with sound and let the gentle singing of Quartz crystal bowls, gongs and various other sacred instruments soothe and calm your body and mind.

What to bring: Guests should bring items from home to ensure their own comfort; a mat, pillow and blanket are good suggestions! Wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring water to drink.

Arrival: Please arrive 15-20 minutes early so you can check in and settle into your spot.
