The one thing I learned about distance learning... kids are so much more adaptable than we think! Challenging- yes! Easy- no! But they got it - and are continuing to get it! We want nothing more but for them to get back to socializing, playing with friends, and even a little innocent fun of getting in trouble with the TEACHER (instead of with mom and dad 😜). But seriously, there’s a deep found respect for you teachers and what you’ve done with our kids. Parents, keep pouring your heart.

One of the amazing things we get the honor in helping with here at Vertical Wellness is working closely with new and expecting mommas! I think the uniqueness of incorporating sports chiropractic with prenatal chiropractic can do some amazing things in helping mom create the best positioning for baby and help easing such discomforts associated with the pregnancy.
