this intensive is open to students and teachers alike. It is a wonderful way to deepen your yogawall practice.

How, specifically, does simply touching the Earth translate into measurable changes within the human body?

What is grounding?
rounding, also known as earthing, is the practice of making direct physical contact with the Earth’s surface. This can involve walking barefoot on grass, soil, or sand, or using conductive systems like mats or sheets that connect to the Earth’s electrical potential.

Why ground?
We reconnect with the Earth for potential health benefits, particularly in reducing inflammation, improving sleep and mood, and enhancing overall well-being.
