There’s this idea that some kids are just “bad,” but that’s not really the truth. More often, it’s kids making bad choices, usually without the guidance, support, or role models they actually need. When you step back and look at it, behavior is learned, influenced, and shaped by what they see every day.

That’s why it matters so much who shows up for them. The right influence, the right example, the right person stepping in at the right time can completely change the direction of a kid’s life. It’s not about labeling them, it’s about leading them.
