Wendy Hassenpflug () and I are teaming up for another grounding yet expansive Root to Rise session on Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 11 am to 12:30 pm. - and we want you to be there so much that we've decided to take $11 off your enrollment if you sign up by May 31st.

This ninety-minute session will help you ground into the fiery energy of Summer 🌞 while offering an opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and feel better in general.

We LOVE getting feedback like this from satisfied clients! 😍

Ear seeds can be pretty, like the pearly ones shown here on Lynn's ear, or so discreet you can hardly see them. They are a fantastic non-invasive alternative or addition to a traditional acupuncture treatment.

Ear seeds work by applying gentle pressure to acupressure points in the ear to stimulate other parts of the body. They last for several days, allowing you to essentially extend your treatment long after your session ends.

While further studies need to be done to confirm what traditional Chinese medicine has known for centuries, initial research suggests that ear seeds can help relieve pain and insomnia, and I've used them to help patients with a wide variety of issues, including controlling cravings and relieving pain.

I love this Chinese proverb because it helps me remember the miracle that it is to be alive and be witness to the wonders of this earth, and all the medicine it provides - through herbs, the elements, the magical grounding powers of walking barefoot, and so much more.

I'm excited to spring into self-care this Saturday at .boutique 🤩🥳

I'll be participating in the 4th Annual Spring Fest fun by offering acupressure ear-seeding, which made me wonder... have you tried ear-seeding yet?
