Does your son seem like he has endless energy?

Many parents tell me they feel exhausted trying to keep up with their child’s constant movement, talking, and activity. It can sometimes feel like the goal is simply to burn off energy so everyone can get through the day.

✔ Strategies that build self-control and focus
✔ How to replace “sit still” with tools that actually help kids succeed
✔ When it might be helpful to look deeper at attention or learning differences

If you’ve ever wondered, “How do I help my son with all this energy?” — this post is for you.
